St Martins river 6/28 Top water Reds

Got up at the crack of dawn and headed to the St Martins river. Launched under troubled skies and a short boat ride later I was at the sweet spot ;-) Caught the first Red around 8:00 then I had to hunker down for a spell (down pour) The second Red was 26inch both went for SkitterWalk Had a few more blowups on topwater and caught one more red 18inch on a spinner back at the ramp by 12:00 to beat the next round of showers. Incoming tide, murky water. Another day in paradise.

Love those Reds on topwater. It seems like things are getting more normal for Reds. I thought its been tough up until recently.
