i like to do this for parties and get togethers. wrap each oyster in 1/2 of a pc of bacon and skewer with a toothpick. then roll in corn meal and deep fry untill golden.
We have a similar recipe for duck and goose...cut duck or goose breasts into pieces, about the size of a large oyster, marinate overnight in Coke in the fridge. Wrap each piece with bacon, skewer with round toothpick, deep fry or grille. Grilling requires a 'special dip' during the grilling process. When the bacon is done, it's ready to eat!!! Maybe we could get some of these 'bacon wrap' recipes on that bacon TV show!!!
