i like to do this for parties and get togethers. wrap each oyster in 1/2 of a pc of bacon and skewer with a toothpick. then roll in corn meal and deep fry untill golden.

We have a similar recipe for duck and goose...cut duck or goose breasts into pieces, about the size of a large oyster, marinate overnight in Coke in the fridge. Wrap each piece with bacon, skewer with round toothpick, deep fry or grille. Grilling requires a 'special dip' during the grilling process. When the bacon is done, it's ready to eat!!! Maybe we could get some of these 'bacon wrap' recipes on that bacon TV show!!!

I have tried Roy's Dynamite Oysters recipe a couple of times,

    Oysters
    1.Preheat broiler.
2.Place oysters in a baking pan.
3.In a bowl, mix shoyu, hot sesame oil and rice wine vinegar.
4.Drizzle over oysters and set aside.

    Stuffing
1.In a bowl, combine all of the above ingredients for stuffing and mix well.
    2.Stuff the oysters evenly.
3.Place baking pan on the top rack of the oven, Broil for three minutes.
4.Remove and place on a platter of Hawaiian salt.
5.Garnish with tobiko, radish sprouts or pickled ginger.
