Sustain 3000 fg help

Is anyone familiar with opening up a sustain fg that can help me get my reel back to normal when I reel it its sort of hard to reel but still smooth I dunked it chasing a snook in docks ... I just don't wanna wait a month and a half for shimano themselves to repair it...

I have the same problem with my Stradic 4000, but I dunked it just a month after sending it to Shimano and having it work like new.
I hope someone knows of an easy to do fix.
