I bought a house recently and need to move this tree to make way for the boat. However, I would like to know what kind it is so I can potentially transplant it elsewhere. Any ideas?

It will drop leaves but not bad. On big bloom years theyll drop tons of flowers - but you might not mind because theyre gorgeous in bloom. Google it and youll see, yellow or pink are both great.
I'm no expert but by chance i was just looking at a tab argentea on tuesday - and specifically noticed that the leaves are larger than the pink variety i have in my yard.

We were hoping a mango but haven't lived here in the winter to know if the leaves fall off

No idea what this means and whose code?
The leaves on that one look like the yellow variety, argentea
No, look at the trunk. Leaves are similar but trunk is different.

These leaves are much smaller than the OP's picture.

The pink tabs have smaller leaves.

Most franjipanis are smooth trunked, like in the Op's first pic.
Scheff's have a wider leaf. We call them "umbrella" trees.
