otherside

Guys hate to bug you but I was wondering when the best time to go to the otherside of the stream and catch yellowfin? What are the limits? and any other info would help.

    Never tried it but there is a couple of guys that keep there boats at bluepoints marina go regulary. They come in with bussel barrels of tuna. They use a plug of somekind there bycatch is big mahi. Have a sat phone, big boat, go w/two or more boats and big wallet for fuel.

    Lol. The best time is in another month. The limit is 3 per person. 27 or 28" min. Look that up. Usually don't have to worry about that. But you have get a 25$ migratory species license for boat for the year. Head out about 70-80 min and start looking for birds on the radar. Pull ballyhoo naked or with small sea witch. There are other tricks but that will get you going.
