1LB HOT AND 1LB MILD SAUSAGE
1 8 OZ JAR CHEEZE WHIZ
1 CUP SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
6 ENGLISH MUFFINS, SPLIT IN HALF I USE THOMAS ORIGINAL
SOME PAPRIKA AND CAYENNE IF YOU LIKE’EM I DO

BROWN AND DRAIN THE SAUSAGE. I LIKE BOB EVANS BRAND BUT HARD TO FIND. SECOND CHOICE IS TENN. PRIDE. I AVOID JIMMY DEAN—TO GREASY
ADD CHEEZE WHIZ AND CHEDDAR TO SAUSAGE. HEAT AND STIR UNTIL CHEESES ARE MELTED AND WELL MIXED IN WITH SAUSAGE. LAY MUFFINS HALVES ON LARGE COOKIE SHEET. SPOON ON SAUSAGE MIXTURE AND PUSH DOWN SO THE MIXTURE ADHERES TO MUFFIN. SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA AND GROUND CAYENNE IF YOU LIKE’EM HOT. FREEZE OVER NITE AND THEN BAG.

TO SERVE, PLACE DESIRED NUMBER OF MUFFINS ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET OR FLAT PAN AND PUT IN OVEN, SET AT 350 AND BAKE FOR 25 MINUTES
IF YOU REALLY LIKE’EM SPICY I PUT SOME HABANERO OR TABASCO SAUCE ON TOP AFER COMING OUT OF THE OVEN.
DO NOT THAW BEFORE COOKING.
