Dog shoots Florida man Gregory Dale Lanier in the leg with a 9mm handgun
Sebring, Florida -- A Highlands County man is recovering after police say he was shot by an unlikely suspect: his pet dog.
35-year-old Gregory Dale Lanier was driving with his pet pooch on Saturday when the dog kicked a .380 pistol that was on the truck's floor.
Lanier thought the gun was unloaded, but quickly learned otherwise after hearing a "boom, saw smoke and felt a burning in his leg," Highlands Today reports.
The gun had discharged, firing a single round into Lanier's leg. He was not seriously injured.
No attempted murder charges are expected for Fido; police have ruled the shooting accidental. Sebring Police Commander Steve Carr says he never heard of a case like this before.http://www.wtsp.com/news/local/article/300912/8/Florida-man-shot-by-his-best-friend

It took more than once?
Dog will not be charged, during interviews with Police, he claimed he was threatened and feared for his life.
I suppose it is not absolutely necessary, but it is certainly a good idea.
^This. All different cases(not just length) but all the same 9mm diameter bullet.
I just don't have the time to change the casings on my bullets.
