    Cant move it based on the pain, and i have a very high pain tolerance......With elbow at my side can only lift it mayde 10 degrees right now..

    LOL I was and hour in a half. Left rotator and right collar bone. I kept moving (so she says) so they couldn't get clear pics. IT SUCKED. Music wasn't bad though..

    Tomorrow is week 8 post surgery for me. This is my third rotator cuff surgery, 2 on the right and now the left. YES PLEASE find your self a sports orthropedic surgeon. And just like what you have been told "rehab is a bi_ch". Good luck.

    PS... Do yourself a favor and get a Donjoy Iceman Cold Therapy unit. You will thank me later for that advice

    Wow.....Arthur Validie did my R shoulder tear......instead of "repairing" the tear, He tried a new procedure that involved drilling holes in the cartilage to stimulate bloodflow.........FAIL. Subsequently lost job and Insurance and they refuse to see me without it.......DOUBLE FAIL!!!!! Not happy with them right now.......
