Assuming it's a serious question (which I highly doubt) they're called 'Appliance Bulbs' & the answer is Yes... If you wonder if these are special 'cold bulbs' open your frig door for ~2 min & grab the bulb (you'll notice real quick they get hot just like any other bulb)
Quick someone go get a pic of a freezer with a light in it, so I can be enlightened

Your freezer bulb might also run your ice maker. They can be on the same circuit and the bulb completes the circuit. Yes the bulbs are interchangeable
