I started out in my own business in 1992. From the beginning I have paid for 100% of my employees and their families health care. This year I had to pick a policy for them with less benefits and higher co pay. They have the option of staying on the same plan but they would have to cover the extra amount themselves. It was either that or cut salaries across the board.

That's generous paying 100% when you could, I don't hear that often from a small business. If you don't mind me asking what type of work do you do/own?
