Will you have any Octopus Circle style hooks in your saltwater line?

On large fish like tarpon I have had the points on other brands of very sharp hooks curl up like a pigtail when it hooked in a hard place in their mouth rather than the jaw, After a jump or two the hook which minimally penetrated would pop out and either be broken at the tip or pigtailed. How strong are the tips of your hooks if they are sharpened that finely?

We currently do not have Octopus circle hooks in the Trokar line up, but we do have them in Lazer Sharp. We have 3 different styles of circles hooks in the Trokar brand one is offset and is a medium wire, and the other 2 circle hooks are non offset. The TK 4 is a medium wire circle hook that works great for tarpon and since the wire diameter is a little thicker the point will not curl up or pigtail on tarpon or any other fish. We also have a light wire circle hook which has the same bend as the Lazer Sharp L2004EL but with the Trokar point. I am working on getting all of the images of the Trokar Saltwater hooks put up on here shortly.

I am unfamiliar with a 9175. Who makes that hook?

We do have that same hook in Lazer Sharp our number is the L256B, and we do have a Trokar version in both light wire and a heavy wire. The TK & is the light wire version and the TK 8 is a heavy wire version.

Some shops in Palm Beach County that are carrying these are Fishing Headquarters in Jupiter, and The Fishermans Center in Riviera Beach.
