Pompano Beach. KITES + KAYAK = SAILFISH 2/19/2013

The thought of flying kites from our kayaks has been in our minds for a while and today we had a perfect opportunity to do so. With a NE wind whipping in at 10-20KTS plus, We had to go. Angler: SKA Pro Captain Lance Irvine from Young Guns Fishing Team . Kayak: Hobie Outback. Full Story and pictures coming soon in the new Extreme Kayak Fishing tournament magazine. Here are some pics.

Kite + live bait + sea anchor + luck = Sailfish.
