    F150 2WD rear diff locker

anybody on here put a locker in their rear differential on a 2wd? I went fishing on Friday and came back at lowtide, and got stuck on the ramp with 1 wheel spinning. will engaging the parking brake stop this?

    Sucks when that happens.

My 99 f150 came factory with a posi rear end. Makes it a dream to pull the boat off a slippy ramp.

To change your trucks rear end to a posi unit is going to cost a fortune if you purchase everything new. Your best bet is to get a truck with it, or find a used differential with a posi unit. Also keep in mind you need a higher gear ratio perferably a 3.55 or 3.73. Good luck.

You should never buy a truck with a tow pkg and no limited slip axle. If your looking for a Ford truck let me know I'm in the business.
