Amazing how fast they can put together a rebuttal immediately following a SOTU address. It's almost as if they wrote it in advance... not even knowing what the prez is going to say. But they wouldn't do that.
ooops, forgot to answer your question. I don't think so. They will flounder for a few years then make their way back to the middle to win elections.
We all know what he is going to say. Gun control, immigration, more "investments" (spending) in the economy, education, teachers, blah blah blah... all with a central goal of pinning all the failures and inadequacies of his first term on the republicans in any way he can.
