Penn customer service.

Just my 2 cents.. I kayak fish offshore and put my reels tru it. I clean and oil my reels after every trip. After a while my reels get beat up between the surf salt and sand. I have never had a problem with customer service, a matter of fact penn's customer service is top notch. No matter what problem I may have had penn took care of it. They stand behind their product. All my reels have been swapped to penn reels, as long as penn keeps it up I will continue to be a happy customer.
