Does anyone have any experience with this rod? I was interested in in for beach tarpon but wanted input from anyone that has tried one.
It is 8' rated for 12-25lb line. Was going to use it with and 8000 Stradic and 40lb braid.

I own it - it's a beast. It's my go-to tarpon rod. Great strength and surprising sensitivity.

Thx for the replays. I bought two for tarpon fishing and put my Thunnus 8000s on them. May order the new Stella's in the near future! Can't wait to put them to use on some beach tarpon.
