Sustain 8000fe issues

My sustain 8000 roller bearing is shot how can I obtain another one it sounds all grindy when you turn the handle, also the bottom cover plate fell off the screw came loose and I need another screw for it can I send this to shimano if so what number do I call also is there a warranty of some sort for this also the bail is very hard to open sometimes and close what could be wrong with it? The line roller bearing needs to be serviced regularly, especially if you use braided line in saltwater. And lose screws should be tightened.

I had a roller bearing go out on a stradic fi. I called shimano and they ship it out the next day free, I could not of been more pleased with their customer service.
