JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE: DOCK HAND
OBJECTIVE:
The main function of the Dock Hand is to prepare and maintain Freedom Boat Club’s Boats and provide top notch customer service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The daily duties of the Dock Hand include but are not limited to the following:
 Maintain and clean club areas including dock boxes, check out stand and office
 Detail and Clean Boats
 Check Members out/in
 Dock Boats for members if necessary
 Fuel Boats and record fuel purchases
 Inventory boat safety gear and boat condition
 Provide top notch service
 Adhere to the company’s schedule concerning Pump outs, Strainers and Waxing list.


Required Skills:
 Ability to speak with people and be professional
 Familiar with boat systems and operation
 High Attention to Detail
 Time Management and Organization
