If we don't 'go' to war, war will come to us. Telecommuting to conflict will have unintended consequences.
Just my 2 cents but I really don't care. If we really wanted to do it right we would impose a total war concept and kill thousands until they feared us too much to attack us or were dead. It's cruel and inhumane but it worked for the Greeks, Romans, English and the Yankees and for the US in WW2. In order to win you must take away the enemies will to fight.

Not really. The Romans, Greeks and English understood that to win, you needed to replace the defeated culture with your own.
In the past, this meant removing all remains of the military. Today, we have twitter.

Clinton and W proved that we're easily distracted and that we'll let our leadership get away with anything.
The war is just one example of a deficit bloating 'pork project', spearheaded by Middle Eastern business lobbyists from way back in the day - Rumsfeld and Cheney. Clinton and Obama are spending elsewhere.
Where are we using those? Iraq, Afghanistan. I covered that. We have no reason to be there. If you read my post more carefully you will see that I referred to bombing suspects and said that drones were even worse.
Going to war justifies nothing when the war is without good national defense reason.
