Humminbird HD

I'm seeing a lot of these online at significantly different prices but I also see some are HD and some don't. I'm afraid I'm going to see one at a low price and I won't be getting the features I've read on other sites. They may be selling an older version of the same model. Is there a chart somewhere that explains the different features each model has specifically? Maybe by actual part number?
