I'm not much experienced in offshore or trolling bug I read and study about it, quite a bit because that's my next thing to do... It seems like those Blue and White skirts come up an awful lot, doesn't sound like it matters if its a skirt or a plug, blue and white seems to consistently produce.. Any other thoughts on consistent producing colors for skirts or plugs?

Black and anything is good for hoos. Black and purple primarily, but black and green and black and red are winners as well...but never leave home without the blue and white!
