North Indian River Lagoon - tough day

Seems the south wind stirred up a lot of settled algae. Water had a very tanic color. A week ago I nailed reds and nice trout but today was a bust. Coming in, I found some cleaner water near the hospital flats and saw bait, moving rays, etc but did not hook up. Got out later today - around 10:00 am. and was off at 2 PM.

Glad to hear I wasn't the only one not catching anything. I fished from the 406 bridge north to cow pen east and west side. Nothing but one small trout. Water was clear, actually saw some fish but no takers.
