Father and son patch reef surprise...

Was fishing a patch reef in 20ft of water. After bringing in one small tail after another, my son got slammed by something big 2x that broke the 12lb leader. I upped the leader to 20lbs and the 3rd time was the charm. Line started to scream and I knew he had something big. Helped him a little after Mr. Pink wrapped him up around some fan corals, but we were lucky enough to get him up boat side before the leader could break.

He will probably remember that day until he is an old man sitting in a rocking chair on a porch! Way to set an example of good clean wholesome fun for your son!
