Hey We were the father son crew! I want to say we had the youngest & the oldest fisherman on the boat. My son is 9 and our uncle friend of ours is 85(the guy with the electric reel) LOL. It was a great trip for us! The kids loved it and my buddy(guy who hokked the goliath) has caught the Yankee fever!

Here is a clip of my son hauling in a grouper!

Hey fordmaster, I got the video of your son pulling in the grouper from the Yankee Capts on my Facebook feed this morning. The little guy kicked that fish's butt!

Awesome write up as always Cameron, good of you for teaching the ropes to another YC first timer. Makes me wish I could do another trip this year. I will definitely be on a couple next year

That is one nice grouper on the pics, thanks for sharing Captain.

Nice report all the way around. Man I got a serious jones for some Tortugas fishing. I'm praying to the weather gods.

A very interesting account, splendid finish on the blacks. I still remember a trip Hoogan pulled a 30# Black on the last couple of minutes to clinch the pool. Somehow, the DT Blacks must have understood Greg's customary closing message at the end to put on a final show for the Don.
