    Tamales

    My book keeper just walked in with tamales.

    She and her Monther make them every year.

    Red sauce for the first batch, green sauce for the second.

    Damn those look good!

    I sure do miss New Mexico and SoCal. I have yet to find good tamales anywhere here on the Treasure Coast.

    We love them, we had a cooler just for Tamales when returning from Mexico.
