Size and bag limits- seatrout

I know the size and bag limits on spotted seatrout and weakfish, but are there restrictions on Sand seatrout or silver seatrout and if so, are they part of an aggregate seatrout limit? Also, I have heard the term sugar trout used when referring to a trout that is not spotted nor a weakfish- is this a regional name or another species? Thanks in advance for any clarification you can give.
