keep it short planned a trip to chokoloskee last sunday with the goal of catching at least one red a piece and would be the first in the kayaks. we launched by 730 after a 30min delay in the morning. we arrived to good conditions and good bites through out the day but missed many shots we managed 2 reds, 3 snook, 1 flounder, 2 mullet, 3 jacks, 5 trout, and a handful of ladyfish. no pics of the snook got a quick release on them they were very small.

nice, so what constitutes a slam there?
my first fish of the day was a small snook maybe 13inch so i got him released quickly. , my brother got two other small snook and got his slam as well

There has been a of slams on the south west side of the state. Nice catch. Need to make a trip down soon.
