Stradic 6000 Fi handle play

I just noticed that the handle on my Stradic 6000 fi has some play even though its tightened down. I took the cap off the other side and I can see the receiving sleeve has a bit of play in it. Any ideas? The reel is not that old.

The screws on the main gear might need to be tighten.

Is this in and out play, or up/down?

Up and down. It's very noticeable.

I suggest sending the reel in for us to take a look at. It sounds like there is play in the main gear. It could be a bearing issue or a main gear issue.
