its custom made out of stainless steel... 2-3 gallons for that pan...

THERE SHOULD BE NO COMMERCIAL FISHING ALLOWED FOR ANY SPECIES THAT IS CONSIDERED OVERFISHED.
Are they tender(fall off the bone tender)? If so, I'll have to give them a try.
