Louie didn't you do the hook in hand trick just a few months ago? Do you like to do that? Just wondering, it's getting to be a habit.

Yes I did. And it was exactly the same deal. Fish was laying on the deck with a lure in it's mouth while I took the photo.
As soon as I touched it it freaked out and flipped causing the hook to nail me. I'm thinking the mean little fools are using the deck for leverage.
I'll lift them first before hook removal next time.

CL, those hooks are a bad deal when the fish is a flopping had a Red on a skitterwalk that would just not stop, thank goodness Catfish was there to give me a hand
