I will also say AMAZON takes care of you from shopping to delivery and back. They keep you in the loop and usually deliver before expected arrival date. Like the Amazon.com...

Good Ones: Publix, Trail and Ski, Shaw's, Southside Mowers, Kool Beanz, Sage here in Tallahassee. I am beginning to appreciate Kevin's.

    American Express, Amazon, L.L. Bean.

Bad: I haven't ridden an airline lately that I didn't consider being mediocre at best, and often awful. Saw someone mentioned Delta as "good". Delta is one of my alltime worst.
Comcast, Bank of America, Sears, Walmart.

AMEX is a good one. They know how to keep the payin customer happy. LL Bean has been pleasant.

Jury is out on Best Buy. They hadn't filled my order from Saturday as of this morning, but assured me it will be here by Christmas.

Wife's Christmas present, pots an pans came from Sears.
    $179 store price.
$80 online only price but for some reason it wouldn't let me check out online.

Walked into the store and told them what was going.
They ordered it online for me while I waited and gave me one of the sets in stock at the $80 online price.
