Can you catch them on artificials? Never really got into them.... never eaten them either, but always looking to expand my fishing shinanigans.
You can trick sheeps into eatin an artificial. I have caught a bunch on doa shrimp when I see them tailing in the shallows and I have watched tv shows that caught them on crankbaits. When using the doa shrimp in the shallows it is pretty hard to get them to eat. I usually catch 1 for every 10 I cast at but it is also how i landed by pb at 8lbs. I have always wanted to try the doa shrimp on a drop shot rig next to a bridge I bet it would work.
Can't wait to get on some this season. What area were y'all fishing?
