Got out on the water today with a co-worker from the FD. We worked a grass edge the hole day. We started with jerk baits but the fish seemed to turn their noses at them. So, we switched to shrimp. The reds were mixed in with mullet that looked almost as big as them . We had some pretty good shots at reds. While I was poling I turned around and saw four black drum in a with a school of sheep head. Total for the day 5 Reds and 1 Black drum. I look forward to getting out now that mowing is slowing down. I also found t very convenient that the car wash by Lowes in Tititusville has a boat motor flush. So when I get home all I have to dois park the boat.
