Damn I wish I lived in your region, we have to work like dogs to get snook like that here in the bay area, lots of water for them to hide in!! To answer the question about the release, we lower the drop/hoop nets down to release them.
And yes, avetsnook seems to be back for all the haters! Wonder how his posts will come out?!
