    South jax lagoon part 2

Since last night was so hot, we decided to try again. Man, it was nonstop action all afternoon. We hooked 12-15 tarpon. Landed 7. Mostly juvenile 4-8 lbs. My
wife had the biggest and I lost it right at the bank... We caught some mangrove snapper, ladyfish, and a nice 8-10lb redfish caught by Carter and my Dad. All were caught on live shirmp and mud minnows mostly on the top.
Another fun night! I wish I could have fished any day of the week when I was a kid. My boys are lucky! Tight lines. Ryan

That lagoon is pretty cool, and looks like a great place to grow up. Y'all are all very lucky.

I don't live there, but my dad does. I hope he doesn't try and sell it.

It's not always this active, but you can usually catch something.
