Try Red Wing.
I love my Wescos but you have to pay for them. Nothing beats a custom pair of boots.
I dont think ive ever seen a shoe made in the US
FYI - if made in the USA isn't an issue, I have a pair of Georgia Boot Farm & Ranch boots that have held up very well for 6 years. Now, I don't work a ranch or anything but I do use them in the woods and camp. Very comfortable. Got 'em at Tractor Supply.

Redwing series 1132 made in the USA
I wear boots everyday. They are Danners for the last 15 years.
X 2 West Coast boots will last you a lifetime. I still have my original West Coast climbing boots I bought over 20 years ago. They've been up thousands of trees and pole and only needed a resole once

New Balance makes shoes in the USA. It's all I wear
I just checked inside 3 pairs of Justins,,,one pair of ropers new and one old and another pair,,, they are all made in USA. I did hear some of the product line however are made in China now... sad...
I have been buying Justins for myself and my workers for over 20 yrs now,,, so far i have not noticed any change in quality. Not sure if some of the China made stuff has gone through or not.
On a side note.. Almost 0% of any leather product you buy these days comes from a hide tanned in the USA.. Thank you EPA... NOT!!
If you want a 100% guaranteed USA crafted dress boot,,, Champion Attitude boots are hand crafted .. Mostly dress boots but you could use some of the non exotic ropers for working boots. I have 2 pair and they are very well made and comfortable.
