I wouldn't eat that yellowfin grouper, definitely a nice fish, but I shot one like that this summer and got cigutera from it. And if you fish for yellowtails too it gets the grouper, and cuberas going on the bottom.

Thanks for the heads up ! I had been advised of that and hesitated to try the yellowfin for that reason. I debated it for a while but decided I was going to give it taste since it will probably be my only opportunity to taste a yellowfin.
