Fished a out going tide. Lots of bait in the water just nothing eating it!! Not one single hit
On a high note we say a manatee roll in nice and close and watch a huge group of people scream and just about walk on water trying to get away from it. lol. It was rather comical. Then they started yelling at us to get out of the water. I told them I didn't have any lettuce in my pocket so we should be fine
Were yall at Amelia Island State park? If so, could you drive out onto the Atlantic beach side? Last time I was there some sections were closed off for birds. Also, was the surf clean or muddy? I'm going tomorrow.

Pretty clean. Hope they show up for ya. It was dead on a outgoing tide for sure. Only fished with mullet though. No shrimp
well I bought my rod tip this time, and also the lightning...never got a line wet. What's a guy got to do to fish around here!
