Went out with my cousin and a friend of his today.
We got out of the inlet with lines in the water by 5:45PM.
First spot, no current.
Second spot, no current but we decided to try and wait it out. A short while later the current started smoking to the North and the yellowtails were behind the boat pretty thick.
I passed on the yellowtail rod to my cousin and proceeded to try and get a mutton. A few minutes into soaking my bait on the bottom I get crushed and up comes a 12-13lb mutton.
Back home by 10PM and #WINNING
Tight lines out there, catch em up!
