Haulover Mutton Fishing - July 21, 2012

The plan was to go out with my cousin and 2 of his closest friends tonight to celebrate his birthday with some fishing fun.

We started fishing earlier than usual today (around 5PM) as I was keen to try some of the tricks I learned from Miami Mutton Man about fooling fish during the daytime

Chum in the water, a nice steady south current, and fish on!

3 for 7 on Muttons up to 8lbs, 2 Huge Mangroves (one of them was 5lbs!), and a mixed bag of smaller Tails and Grovers. Everyone had a blast.

Live pilchards
