Dania Beach Snook

I was at dania pier yesterday morning catching pilchards before going offshore for some dolphin, as i was catching them you could see big snook, jacks and tarpon taking turns going through the pods of bait they were no more than 30 yards off the beach.

I fished the high and low tides yesterday. The trough was full of snook on the high tide and I didnt see a fish on the low. I think they get afraid to swim across the sandbar on the low because they'll get stuck in the trough if the water isnt high enough. The bait was there on both tides. Went 3-6. Get out there the fish are hungry
