Nice work on the fight. I had to land a tarpon the same way once only the fish made me do it twice which really added to the excitement.

That's a very nice snook!!!!! I love to see how dark they get back in that brackish water.
A few buddies of mine fished there from shore Saturday and caught a few juvi tarpons. I'm talking 20 inchers.....
Your snook probably could have ate them alive, if he wanted!
If you haven't already you should send that mouth photo to snookfoundation.org. They are looking for pics like that to show people that you can take great photos with the fish still in the water.
Nice work, we need to get out sometime.

Yeah she was a beauty! I enjoy those small tarpon. Especially on my light gear they still take some nice drag.
I only belong to the Florida Sportsman! I would be down to get out there sometime and do work on tarpon and snook....i mean if you're going to twist my arm and all.

Nice snook! How big do you think the gator was? I have gator tags for st lucie county abd would love to take him from one of my favorite fishing spots....
