I caught the fish in the afternoon, about 3:30 pm. It fought like a red, not like the typical trout catch.

ok cool man. Usually I wake up at 3:30 am to get on the water by 5:30 and be on my favorite flat as the sun is coming up. Your picture inspires me to fish longer and not get out of there by noon.

Thanks for all the nice comments. Catch and release is great for for future anglers! Harvest within limits, and less, if the catch will not be fully appreciated when consumed! Fishing is fun but catching definitely produces more smiles
