Eminent domain. Like in MA where property was taken from a family for a hotel.
That's for starters.
Then there is grant money for research, subsidies for farms, leasing public lands for mining and mineral extraction at a fraction of the profits to be gained...

Sounds like you agree with me then. The leasing part doesnt fall under eminent domain but the government should either sell the land or rent it for what the market value is. So I am not sure I get your point of disagreeing with me in the other post.Originally Posted by Team Sabatage
