Caught the incoming and fished the back bays to the south of the walkway. We could see tailing reds in the wayback parts, cast paddle tail plastics in white and motoroil. It took some doing but finally hooked up. My sons first redfish was on. He managed to land it admid all the grass and it was released to swim again.
Not much else, fished through the high tide andinto the afternoon, a few rushes, a Snook and a close look at the biggest skate I have ever seen.
Tomorrow, rental boat out od Isles for the day, We'll drown shimp, some whitebait and lots of arties.
Any other suggestions?
