Yellowfin, no question, both for catching and for eatin. Its pretty rare I get out far enough these days to even have a shot at catch one. Most of my fishing nowdays is inshore, and my favorite inshore fish for the table is flounder.
Everone forgot about Hogfish. There is nothing better!!!

Wahoooooooo !!!!!! Catching and eating. To me there is nothing like pulling baits at 16 mph. South and having a wahoo taking 40 mph. North. That is a rush i ll never get over.
