Black Sea Bass-Gulf of Mexico

I am having a hard time finding out what the limit per person is for Black Sea bass caught in state waters in the Gulf (PCB). I have found all the Atlantic info but all I find about the Gulf is 10in min but no limit info. Thanks in advance for the help.
