4-11 Crystal River

Got a chance to take the boat out with Dad about 4 pm. It was pretty windy and choppy but we stuck it out and ran up by the power plant. Fished one spot about 30 minutes with live shrimp and no bites. Ran a little bit to another spot and we caught 4-5 good sized mackerel and I got a giant jack crevalle 13-15 lbs.

It was pretty wet today so I didn't break out the camera.

I love Big Jacks! Ain't nuttin wrong w/ the way they fight! Come to think about it those Macs (Speedsters) put up a pretty good account of themselves also! Good job in tough conditions!!
