It's an issue because I have family out of State. I realize that this is getting Nacy Graced but still the Sherrif has not right in a shall issue State to suspend his ability to carry or purchase. If he was a soldier in Iraq and shot and unarmed person he would be detained and denied the right to carry. The fact that he shot an unarmed minor under a cloud is a joke in the State of Florida.

I am far from a gun nut or a anti 2A but common sense should have his CCP/CCL pulled until at least a Grand Jury looks at the case

Actually, he cannot be charged with murder. I read this evening that in FL. a grand jury has to come to a murder charge. A state prosecutor cannot, and since she has dismissed the grand jury . . well you get it.
