Worst one was in Hialeah, out west in the farms area. Was brought there by a marielito to get some white, umm, sugar, and had to use the head. All it was, was a terlet over a hole in the floor. No running water, no paper. Outside a chicken fight was raging and 50 yr old hookers. I couldn't get out of that place fast enough.
That was 30 years ago or so, and I bet it's still there...
